●Development of plate heat exchanger materials:

 Plate heat exchanger is a removable heat exchange device composed of many corrugated heat transfer plates, pressed by rubber gaskets at certain intervals. When assembling the plates, the two groups are arranged alternately, and the rubber sealing strips are fixed with adhesive between the plates. The function is to prevent fluid leakage and form a narrow mesh flow channel between the plates. The heat exchange plates are pressed into various corrugated shapes to increase the area and rigidity of the heat exchange plates, and to make the fluid form turbulent under low flow velocity to achieve the effect of strengthening heat transfer. The four corner holes on the plate form a fluid distribution tube and a discharge tube. The two heat exchange media flow into their respective flow channels, forming a countercurrent or concurrent flow through each plate for heat exchange.

The plate replacement sealing gasket is a key part. The working temperature of the plate replacement is essentially the temperature that the gasket can withstand. The working pressure of the plate replacement is also restricted by the sealing gasket.
